It began by not knowing how to get in because the door was tricky and there was a special method in order for the passcode to work. I had to get the resident downstairs to show me how that worked. Next, the thermostat was set at a certain temperature and kept resetting to that temperature which was very uncomfortable. Thirdly, the Wi-Fi code did not work we weren’t sent the correct code. So for 24 hours, I had no Wi-Fi access whatsoever which included using either the TVs. In addition, there was a beeping dryer, that kept beeping all night, and only by plane with it for several minutes. Could I get it to turn off on the second day. When expressing all of my concerns, to the owner, he said he was going to have a technician come out. I agreed to this. I asked him not to have the technician come out for a two hour period that I would be home in the afternoon, because I needed to rest. He sent the technician out during that two hours. Even though he had acknowledged that he would not do that ahead of time. So the issue with the thermostat never got resolved.
