Property was under construction, however there were no restrictions. Our room had been recently renovated and was very nice. We only stayed a few hours so did not see much. Breakfast was very nice.

We were asked to sign a $250 fine agreement to NOT SMOKE in our room. When we got to our room, it smelled of cigarette smoke and the smoke alarm was missing. We had to go to the lobby, get a new room, move our stuff from 3rd floor to 1st floor. The building was under construction, smelled of paint in all rooms. I had to go back up to the third floor to get ice. It was the only machine. The desk clerk had to come in and set up the TV so it would work. Then, we noticed the iron was not present, either. The desk clerk and other staff were very nice, but I would not recommend the place to anyone. The new bed was extremely uncomfortable. The location is great, lots of other hotels and places to eat nearby.
