Cozy Cabin
The property was very clean and exactly as described. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was right there. Communication with Cheryl was great, she was very responsive and personable. Location was close to the colleges that we were visiting with our son which was great. We would certainly stay again if we're in town! Thanks for a great experience!

We had a great stay! The Higley Flow state park was lovely. The cottage was easy to find. The beds were comfortable too! We visited our son at St. Lawrence University and would stay again when we next visit.

Perfect little getaway!
This was a perfect little getaway for our family. We came to visit the north country for a graduation party and family reunion, it was a perfect cabin in the woods to have our family stay. The owners were wonderful with communication and even left a thoughtful gift for us as well. We appreciate your kindness and wonderful location. It was perfect! We will be back next time we head up to see family again. Thank you!

Perfect little cabin
My husband and I, along with our pooch, had a great stay here. The cabin is on a private and peaceful lot, on a quiet road. The cabin was spotless, and had everything we needed to use as a base camp for some great hiking in the area. Cheryl is a fantastic host, very accommodating and responsive. The covered porch on the back has plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors even on a rainy day. Make sure to stop at Jake's on the Water for a fantastic Sunday brunch (pet-friendly on the patio!). We would absolutely rent here again!

Just like home except for intermittent Spectrum WiFi which was annoying. Expect that some landscaping is in the works. Nearby Higley Flow Park is very nice. Thanks for a nice experience!

Beautiful inside!
Don’t judge the basic lot, this cabin is adorable and perfect for a couple or small family recreating locally. The living room furniture is very comfortable and the cabin was spotless! Phone directions do not reflect the correct location, though the core address is visible near the cabin.

Very Nice
Great cabin and friendly, responsive host. GPS brought all three of us to a vacant property, though. Cabin is a few miles beyond GPS coordinates.
