Great house needs some maintenance

Great house, big, good location. Things that need attention: windows latches/cranks won’t close. Heating unit fan runs constantly and its loud. Hot tub won’t heat beyond Econ mode of 94, steps to hot tub are dangerous. Fireplace doesn’t work. Several faucets, towel rack or tpaperholders are very loose. Would be nice to have a tv Manuel, difficult to figure out the tv. Lock box is difficult. Garage was full. Suggestions for kitchen: 2 towels are not enough, ice cream scoop would be nice, otherwise well stocked. Several spices and paper item were provided which was nice. Quiet neighbor. Yard and fenced back yard haven’t been mowed or weeded it a long time. Nice deck. Down stairs room with two beds have no head board or night stands.

Amazing Stay

We had an absolute wonderful stay. The hosts were amazing. We were staying there for our son’s wedding and the hosts went out of their way to help us throughput our stay. Their home is beautiful in every way and so well appointed. It is extremely spacious and on a wonderful location. Cannot recommend it enough

Beautiful House & Great Location!

Beautiful, spacious home with plenty of room to spread out. We had a group of 5 women (mini HS reunion) so each of us had our own bedroom. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with the basics (spices, cooking oil, etc) which is always nice. The only thing to be aware of is that some of the windows when cranked opened all the way will not close. Also, I didn't notice that the home did not have AC though the weather was so nice that was not a problem. We had a little trouble getting into the lockbox which was a bit finicky but we would definitely rent here again!

Thanksgiving vacation .

House is beautiful. Everything we needed was provided. The kids loved their own area downstairs with the pool table. Big open kitchen. Perfect location to Woodland Park. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rent again.

Great view of Pikes Peak

Overall a very upscale property. Only one thing is the master upstairs needs to have a window covering over the half moon window. Don't plan on sleeping in past 6:00 am due to light shinning through the window. Great place overall 5 stars

Great house, Amazing view!

The house was huge, clean, and had an amazing view of Pikes Peak. Linens were soft and comfy, plenty of towels for hot tub, plenty of bath towels and lots of cooking items. We had everything we needed and more! House is close to restaurants, Walmart, a pharmacy and a couple museums. We had an awesome stay and would return if back in the area. Great location to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and within an hour of the Royal Gorge. We done a 6 hr side by side adventure that was absolutely amazing! Easy communication with home owner and easy check in and check out. Highly recommend this house!!

Perfect morning coffee place

We rented the home for a family reunion. Really enjoyed the large deck and the large living room and kitchen area. Another great was everyone still had their own quiet places away from activity and the kids had their own space downstairs. Really had a memorable stay!

Beautiful!

The home is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The view is stunning and the location is very convenient. The only concern for us was having toddlers running around on slippery floors and near the steps down into the family room as well as the basement stairs which had no door.

A wonderful getaway with a view!

A perfect getaway for friends or couples. We enjoyed the views very much. It's close enough to Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, with an awesome deck and view. We had a chef come in one night and the kitchen/dining areas were perfect for this.

Amazing

The house is stunning! Beautiful and relaxing for a large crowd ( we had 12 adults). The kitchen is very well stocked. Sweet touches- towels and candies on the beds. Management very responsive! The views from the house are amazing!! We will return!

Great place to entertain!

We had a party of 6 adults and a baby. Having the downstairs for my son and his family was great. It stays really cool downstairs on the hot days and gave them some privacy. The rest of us all had a nice room with comfy beds and the 3 bathrooms upstairs was great too. The main level kitchen and common spaces were perfect for cooking and entertainment. The 2 stoves were hand too. Zero complaints! Great location and in a small quiet cul-de-sac. The owners are very responsive too.

Beautiful Home

We rent a large home almost every year and are particular. This home was very clean, beautiful and everything seemed to work. We spent a lot of time on the deck by the fire pit and the main living area, There was plenty of things to do. Our group river rafted, toured Garden of the Gods, 7 falls etc. Walmart, Walgreens and restaurants were near by. Lastly but important, WIFI was pretty fast and reliable.

Superb!!

Beautiful and comfortable home - both inside and out! Great location with spectacular view. Knowledgeable and personable management team. We were very pleased with our week's stay. The house is well equipped and whenever we had questions, the team responded immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views and lots of space

Lots of room! We had 14 people. Only complaint was hot water for showers was never enough for a large group. To be fair, we didn’t ask owners about it, maybe a simple fix with the water heater. Hot tub was clean. Propane tanks full for grill and fire table on deck.

Mountain getaway

What a great location and such a wonderful house! The team at Stay Colorado was super responsive and helpful. All the amenities were first class and the home was super clean and spacious and cool. A great combo of remote mountain experience but with modern conveniences and restaurants and attractions.
