The host was awesome—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We really appreciated how quickly he addressed concerns and even offered to have someone come in to clean.That said, we do wish the first impression had been better. The house did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. We noticed things like clumps of hair in areas, dirty socks outside, food left in drawers, and some stains on the walls. While the host offered to send a cleaner, we chose not to have people coming in and out during our stay.Additionally, the hot water was limited and typically only lasted for one shower, which was a bit challenging.Overall, the host was great, but some improvements in cleanliness and hot water capacity would make a big difference for future guests.
