Just 7.5 miles from the north gate of the Air Force Academy, this house has great unobstructed views of the front range, parking for up to 6 vehicles, and a 300 sq/ft deck for entertaining and a 500 sq/ft patio below with patio furniture, lights, and a water feature.
The space
A fully updated kitchen with double oven and new refrigerator. Views of the front range are available from the main sitting room and master bedroom.

Upgrades throughout the house include heated floors in the full bathrooms, granite countertops, skylights, stainless steel appliances, pool table, tile and wood floors, and dimmable lighting throughout.

The back yard is accessible from both the deck and walk-out basement and has an expansive patio with plenty of seating and a running stream for ambiance.
