Fantastic Loft and Location

This is in a great spot, within walking distance to many cool shops and restaurants; a 5 minute drive to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. The place is clean and cozy -would definitely stay here again!

Lovely space in the heart of the action

The property is in a great location allowing us to visit the local attractions easily. The space was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. My only wish would be more seating to allow for movie watching or a place to comfortably sit and play games. Otherwise would highly recommend!!

Last minute holiday

We booked the day before we left. All check in info was easy and accurate. Parking was excellent. The description of the property was spot on. The kitchen was fully equipped. Beds very comfortable. 1 shower, 1 soaking tub. Location is perfect for what we were looking for. Restaurants and coffee were steps away. The property is very charming with a Tuscan theme. We were very pleased to find this property on such short notice.

Terrific location!

The best part about this property is the one thing that can't change: location. While the windows facing Colorado Ave translate to street noise, I found the sounds more comforting than disturbing. Keyless check-in was easy. There are reasonable checkout requirements. The beds were comfortable and there were tables where tables made for convenience. I wasn't cooking meals - lots of reheating -- and the kitchen was more than adequate for that. I'd stay here again!

It was clean. Location was very convenient. Nice bathrooms. It was very noisy though. There were lots of homeless people arguing throughout the night. A local business alarm went off and beeped continuously for 24 hours - still going off when we left. The beds weren’t comfortable but the shower pressure was excellent. Overall it was just okay. We wouldn’t stay there again.
