Renovated apartment equipped for 4 people located on the 2nd floor with terrace and pool views, in closed residence with parking.
the apartment consists of a separate and equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, electric oven, extractor hood, coffee maker and electric kettle), a living room overlooking the terrace with sofa bed 2 beds, TV and dining area, a bedroom with 1 bed 160cm and a bathroom- WC with bath and washing machine.
Communal pool of the residence open according to prefectural decree and government decisions.

Additional optional services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and collect it at the keys (kit double bed: 12.00 euros/ kit single bed: 9.00 euros/ kit towels: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
