The front counter staff was very unpleasant. Almost as if they did not want us there . From the moment we checked in the lady at the desk was very rude with no customer service at all towards me. She did not even greet me but , greeted the customer that was next in line after me .

One of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we’ve stayed in over the past few months. The breakfast is excellent! They even offer to-go bags if you’re in a hurry. The staff is kind and attentive, the beds are comfortable, and everything is spotless. It has that old-fashioned charm from the days when guests truly came first.
