The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. The walk-in shower was lovely. The bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well. The room was a good size. It would be good to have more hangers in the wardrobe. There wasn't a safe in the room. The breakfast was nice. The rooftop bar was great and a really nice place for us all to meet for drinks before we went out for dinner. I would definitely stay here again for the price we paid.

Lovely hotel, basic but everything required for a nice stay. Fabulous location just as you hop off the bus from the station. Quiet, excellent breakfast. Easy to walk to Joanina library and the university

A great base to walk Coimbra

A comfortable hotel, very conveniently located for arrivals by rail. The room was spacious and airy. AC efficient and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful but the coffee machine beat me.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Very short walk to the beach and central town. Breakfast options were multiple and tasty. Was difficult to find at first due to construction in the area and blocked streets.

Close to the places I needed to visit. Breakfast was good, had different options. What I didn’t like is that they claim they have parking in the property and they don’t , you have to walk about 800 feet to a parking garage and I was by myself and I didn’t feel safe. It was very dark. I think they should have it in their website when you make a reservation. Because the hotel nearby is having some construction and they said they’re taking their spaces. They only had one and it had been occupied. But everything else was amazing. The young guy in the Front Desk gave me directions to everything. He was really good and very nice. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, all good.

5-star service. My husband and I liked many things about this hotel when we went in May 2025. It is very conveniently located right on the edge of the walking district of Coimbra. Coimbra is hilly and this hotel was a welcome refuge after a long day. Ask for a room with two twin beds as it is bigger than a double bed room. There is a taxi stand right outside it and the train is a 4 minute taxi ride away. The hotel staff all speak excellent English, have the best customer service I can ever remember receiving at a hotel (thank you Gabriella and Tatiana), a huge breakfast, comfy beds and modern rooms. Coimbra is small and so is this hotel but I would booked there again without hesitation.

We loved our stay at this small boutique hotel. The location was perfect and so close to all we wanted to see. The rooms were very nice and the staff incredibly courteous & professional. The breakfast was lovely with many choices both hot and cold, a special thanks to Joau who was always present at breakfast and very helpful. Highly recommend this location, excellent value for the price.
