Our place is walking distance to the Resort, downtown shops/restaurants, Tubbs Hill, Lake Coeur d'Alene/Sanders Beach, McEuen Park & more! You’ll love our place because of the amazing access to all downtown Cda has to offer. Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) and groups. Book a romantic getaway, and explore the natural surroundings or participate in a variety of community events. Enjoy winter recreation at its finest, unique holiday shopping, lake cruises, indoor water parks, special holiday festivities, live performing arts and more. Plus delight in a wide range of restaurants, a local winery and several local breweries. Don't forget the beautiful various Ski resorts which are anywhere from a 30 minute drive to a 90 minute drive from the Prime location of this home! As the weather starts to warm, it’s time to head outside. Take your pick from golfing, hiking, paddling, climbing, biking, or however else you like to play. Spring is a great time to plan a trip to Silver wood Theme Park. If you’re not ready to step outside, visit one of the area’s indoor water parks. The location to town was very nice. The ease of entry and locking up when we left was user friendly. The host responded quickly when I email questions before our visit. The drawbacks were that the hot tub was cloudy so we weren’t able to use it, there were cob webs in most of the rooms and spiders in some of them as well. The house was darling but didn’t seem to be clean. The sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable and we weren’t able to find a fitted sheet for it. I had to sleep on the leather couch which was not ideal. We enjoyed our visit and made the best of the accommodations. I would recommend only 4 guests if they desire individual rooms or if more, let them know they will need to double up on sleeping arrangements. The sleeper sofa is not an option.

Property is in a great location & easy to find. Owners were very responsive & accommodating to provide equipment that I should have (but didn’t) request in advance. We left a note regarding a couple of minor maintenance issues that the owners probably aren’t aware of as they don’t live there & aren’t really a big enough deal to report, but overall a great place to stay. Check in/check out is as easy as it gets!

Great Property! Walking distance to downtown and in a great neighborhood. The only issue we had was only one burner worked on the stove and the oven didn't work at all. But all in all it was a great property to stay at.

Great house, poor communication

The house was great (except for the creepy baby picture). It was difficult communicating with the owner. We asked about getting an early check in so we could decorate so the bride would be surprised upon arrival. It took a week or more to get a response to an email. Then we were told as soon as housekeeping notified them that the house was ready, we would be notified. We never got a notification. So, we obviously did not get an early check in.

The location was Great- easy walk to downtown. The house has AC and cools the main floor nicely but does not cool the upstairs and unfortunately that is where 2 out of 3 bedrooms are. The hot tub had hot water but none of the jets worked so that was very disappointing.

Comfortable house in a great location. They are not joking when they say walking distance everywhere. Just a couple blocks up from the resort and plenty of other places to eat and drink. We rented a boat and were able to walk to the marina too. There was plenty of space in the living room for everyone to lounge and relax. The hosts were very responsive and kind. At check out they only asked that we take out the trash and put towels in the laundry room. Would definitely recommend.

It was my girlfriend’s birthday and we were looking for a centralized place for our close friends and family to be able to stay and enjoy the downtown scene! Great location, comfortable stay.

We were a group of five women from one family who wanted an overnight retreat. This was a harming, clean home close to Coeur d’Alene Resort and beach. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the conversation area in the living room. We recommend this home for a great stay.
