Third Stay--Consistently Excellent!

Three generations of our family, 16 of us, just stayed for our third time--with hopes of returning! If you are looking for a rental whose owner & manager are super responsive and exceptionally helpful, you will find them here. They are a major reason that we keep returning. Also, we continue to be impressed with the quality of the house and how they outfitted it for guests. Our favorite features are the two tables that seat us all, with room to spare--one off the kitchen, and one poolside outdoors. We made and ate all of our meals together, so to be able to seat all of us was a real gift. The large, open room--kitchen, dining, and living room--was perfect for time enjoyed together indoors. And then proximity to the beach! To be a few minutes walk away from the beach with a crew ranging in age from 9mths to 68, was ideal. What a show the rocket launches were, too, seen from the big second story windows/short dash to the beach! Coffee, shave ice, popsicles, boutiques, ETC are just a short walk away. We only got in the car for a few mile drive to Publix for groceries. Abundance found here: beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and toys; bathroom towels; melamine bowls, plates, cups, serving trays, baking pans--well stocked in every way. The pool! We thoroughly enjoyed this feature, again and again through the day. And when the children were napping, it was a great quiet space to nap/read. Thanks to the owner and manager whose care for this house is evident with each visit!

Perfect!!

This was a perfect house for our family vacation!! Every detail in the house was thought out...large tables for dining (inside and out), very well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware and cookware. Even a cart to use in the elevator to bring kitchen supplies and prepared food out to the pool area for lunch. Plenty of nice beach towels and toys. Restaurants are within walking distance. Beach access across the road. Tony was excellent at communication also. We hope to be back someday in the future. We would highly recommend renting this home!

ABUNDANCE

This was our family's--ages ranging from 7mths to 67 years--second stay, and what we savored about the house last Christmas we enjoyed to the uttermost once again: the beauty of the home which was so carefully prepared for our arrival; the plenty of cookware, utensils, and dishes (the melamine was perfect for our crew of ten children); pool and beach gear which we used daily; bedding and beds--even a crib and pac-n-play--and the pair of inflatable mattresses all came in so handy for our group of 16; the location of the house, SO ideal for multiple beach trips daily, not to mention daily strolls for coffee and shave ice, along with quick trips for provisions at Publix, and the Fishing Store; the long tables, inside and out!, found in no other rental for large groups, were SO enjoyed for meals together and game-playing; the grill--excellent; we enjoyed the setting of the pool by the hour with Eric LaMarr painting backdrop (and even watched the bowl games out there, too!; and last but not least--communication with the owner and manager: swift, informative, friendly, helpful, and gracious. We commend the owner for the thoughtful planning that went into this beautiful Beach House.

Great family house close to beach!

Great place! Our extended family of 10 enjoyed all the room in the house. The elevator really helped for hauling luggage and groceries to the upper levels. There is a lot to do in the area for all ages and the kids loved the pool. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Thanks to a heads up from Tony, we were able to watch a Space X shuttle launch from the beach on one of the evenings we stayed there.

Beachy bliss

By far the best equipped bnb I have ever stayed at. Every detail of this place was well thought out. Walk into an entry level from the garage, the main living area is in the second floor which affords for beautiful ocean views across the street. The kitchen had everything from an air fryer, blender, & kitchen aide mixer, to entertaining dishes and platters. There are two rooms on the main floor that share a bathroom and the third floor is the master. Lots of room to spread out. If you’re headed to the beach they have everything from boogie boards to coolers. Even have pool floats for the pool outback.

Everything you need!

This house was an incredible getaway for the family! Cocoa Beach is a hidden gem and this home was perfectly placed , with walking distance to eateries, shops and most importantly beach. Beautifully decorated, with all the needed amenities. The heated pool was incredible and the mother in law suite was perfect for everyone to have their space. I highly recommend and we will be looking to come back!

The best vacation home for families!

My parents moved to Florida and this was the first time we all went to visit them. We had 7 adults and 3 children. This house was an absolute dream! There is literally everything and any thing you could possibly need. It’s prime location and walking distance to the beach and many many restaurants. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this with no complaints.

Dream Vacation House

We absolutely enjoyed this gorgeous house! It was sooo big, spacious, updated, clean and jusr absolutely stunning. The beach is only a few steps away. The pool is heated and enjoyable. There's plenty of rooms for 4 groups of families. We even used the kids gameroom/laundry as a sleepover area for the kids. We blew up the provided air mattress (There's 2 available). They also have a full size crib with mattress, a pack n play with mattress in the master closet. The masters bedroom was gorgeous and the view of the beach is amazing. The elevator was convenient to use to carry bags and groceries upstairs. The house is a 12 out 10!!! Its gorgeous, great location (14mins from walmart or 6mins form publix, theres also a dino museum closeby we went to 8mins away). Plenty of sand toys, boogie boards, 2 kid life jackets, pool toys/noodles, water guns and just so much more for the kids (we had 7 kids ages 3-9) they all had something to play with! The kitchen/living and dining area was the main area we hang out at and there was plenty of seating for our group of 14. Never ending plates, utensils!!! Enough to probably feed 100 people lol. Theres some basic items there too- keurig with pods combo with a regular coffee machine (theres plenty of coffee grounds and filter), tea packs, salt/pepper (we had to buy more but left the remainder there), laundry pods and dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, liquid and scrub. Overall amazing!

An absolute gem!

This is one of the nicest VRBO properties that my family has stayed at. The house is exactly as advertised and honestly, probably more than advertised. The public beach access is almost directly across the street and there are some great shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. Even the things that aren’t within walking distance aren’t that far away. We will definitely be renting this place again if we decide on the Cocoa Beach area for a getaway.

The Best Beach House Around

This beach house is even better than advertised. My family and I decided to go to Florida and spend time in the Cocoa Beach area. This home is right across the street from the beach. We noticed the listing for the home said that the beach was 1min away and it truly is. We woke up to the ocean views every morning and the property owner let us know about a rocket launch that we watched from the beach!! The paintings and decor throughout the home give it a very nice touch and the colors of the home scream beach vacation! The amount of space in the home is great and the elevator on the first floor is very convenient. Everything that we thought we needed was in the home and ready for use. We will definitely be looking to stay here again during our next trip to Cocoa Beach!!

Exceptional Beach House

Three generations of our family shared this great-attention-to-detail house, and we were all supremely pleased: hot water outdoor shower; heated pool; ample tables (2!) for our family of 15 to gather round; Eric LaMarr art; toys, games, silverware, & plates for the children; bunk room; spacious—the lanai, & the kitchen/living/dining room were our favorite places to be; kitchen equipment and linens thoughtfully supplied; swift & courteous response time of owner; tile floors throughout; incredibly clean; attractive & durable coastal decor; and close proximity to beach & to town.

Exceptional home! Would definitely stay there again

This was my first time trying VRBO and we were very pleased with the experience. This home is exceptional with top shelf amenities! Quality construction, clean, beautiful, luxurious home. The A/C works great. Everything was perfect. It's in a quiet residential area. We had plenty of room to spread out and each family had its own area for some privacy. My husband and I were in the master bedroom and had the top floor all to ourselves which was nice and quiet with an expansive view of the beach. The large family had the main floor bedrooms and bathroom, the small family stayed in the bungalow which they loved. Tony, the owner, thought of everything a large family could possibly need. A very large amount of plates, glasses, silverware with unbreakable place settings for outside. There are also plates and cups for babies and toddlers and a ton of towels including many beach towels. The home is professionally maintained with top-of-the-line appliances, 83" Samsung Smart TVs, furniture, bedding, remote window shades, security system; I could go on and on. We felt very much at home as it had the amenities we're accustomed to. We were grateful that we could park our two cars in the garage. (Some homes I looked at you couldn't use the garage) The two rental minivans the families had easily fit on the driveway. The home is in a perfect location and away from the busy area of Cocoa Beach. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, beautiful Eric LaMarr paintings including a mural that Eric LaMarr painted on the bungalow wall. Short walk across the street to the beach which is very nice. We were a large group. Me, my husband, his two daughters and their families who flew in from out of state. Six adults and eight kids ranging from 4-17. They made full use of the heated pool, games, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Nobody was bored! We all went to Kennedy Space Center which was very cool. We were looking forward to watching the rocket launch from the beach but it was rescheduled to the day we checked out. Tony thought of everything a large family could need. He even had 10 generous sized bottles of cold water ready for us and a box of delicious chocolate covered potato chips! Tony is very responsive and helpful any time you need to reach him with questions. You won't be left hanging. If you are picky and hard to please, like me, you will love this house. I had no complaints. We enjoyed our vacation at the perfect beach house. Would definitely stay again.

We rented this house for a boys trip and it did not disappoint. Walking distance to the beach and bars. The pool was great and Anthony provides everything you need for the beach and pool. 10 out of 10

Family vacation

I recently stayed in this beautiful home with 15+ family members! The house was clean and spacious for the whole family. The kids loves sleeping in the bunk room together. There is nothing that Anthony did not think of, from kitchen amenities to pool and beach toys, chairs and coolers. Communication was great and he provided us with some tips to watch launches going on while we were there. We saw a Space X launch from the beach and it was amazing! Location is perfect, it was only a short walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend the week. Would definitely reccommend!

Absolutely Fabulous!!!!!

We had an absolutely fabulous time in Cocoa Beach! This home is located right across from the beach & Tony (the owner) has thought of everything. From beach toys for the little ones, a wagon, coolers, tents, umbrellas - the kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I've ever been in, had every appliance & utensil, even a large kitchenaide mixer. The outdoor space was wonderful loved the seating the hammocks & the outdoor TV was fun. Pool was amazing just the right temperature. It was mostly me, my 3 year old & my mother in her 60s. My sister stopped by with her little one for a couple of days, my Grandmother in her 80s stopped by & my father flew up for a couple days. The elevator was super nice for groceries, the baby & my Grandmother. Don't hesitate on booking this house - it was absolutely fabulous!

Great stay!

Beautiful property! Our families loved staying in this amazing home. You cross the street and find yourself in the peaceful part of Cocoa Beach—not crowded on this end. Great communication from property owner.
