This unit has two master bedrooms, both furnished with King beds, en-suite bathrooms and new Samsung UHD 4K TV's. One of the master bedrooms also has a private Oceanfront balcony and walk-in closet. There is an air mattress in the living room if needed. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more

This unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. I just returned home from my stay in Cocoa Beach and I am already ready to plan our next vacation! Perfect location. Perfect views. Close to the pier, but not too close where it felt too crowded. The beach was very clean. Family friendly- I traveled with my fiancé and our 6 month old daughter and my mother. This was our first time traveling with an infant and we had everything we needed to make our stay that much easier. We absolutely loved that a pack n play was provided, plenty of beach towels, chairs, a cooler, umbrella. We loved our condo, it was clean, modern, and I just felt at home. Zareh was a wonderful host, attentive and responded quickly with whatever questions I had. This was our first family vacation with our baby girl and it was perfect. Cocoa beach and chateau by the sea truly exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to go back.

Great Stay!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Location was perfect on the beach. Restaurants and grocery store were all literally within walking distance. The rooftop was very enjoyable. We could watch the sunrise and the sunset. We even got to see a launch of a SpaceX rocket from the rooftop. Only issue we ran into was the blinds in the bedroom. They would not close all the way. Not a big issue at all. We drove over to Disney one day to go to the park with our grandsons. It was a very easy drive.We would highly recommend this unit.

Bright modern and fresh

I had a great stay despite the weather not being good. The unit was modern, fresh and well equipped with everything I needed. The beach view was perfect. My only feedback would a more comfortable sofa or indoor seating arrangement would be a great addition. While the beach view was stunning, the weather meant most of my time was inside with nowhere comfy to lounge. I will come back again. Thank you !

The condo is beautiful & the views from the front rooms are fabulous. Chateau By the Sea is a well-maintained, family & pet-friendly property. The grounds are well kept. The pool was clean. The beach & ocean were perfect. We hope to visit again soon!

Our stay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The view was great! The condo was clean and easy to access. We watched the space ship launch from the rooftop which was awesome! The local restaurants were great and we loved just laying out and the beach all day. Would definitely visit again. :)
