Terrible experience. The first night we got there we were calling and texting every number that we had for the guys checking us in, he didn’t answer until 6am the next day. Thankfully, we eventually found the keys (they were hidden for us, I guess) but we weren’t even able to eat because it was so late by the time we found the keys. Every other guest had the same issue, they weren’t able to get in contact with him for a while either. THEN the next morning we tried to address that situation to him plus the fact that our towels and sheets were dirty and that there were ants everywhere... and that the doors didn’t properly close.. and he walked away saying that he would talk to his boss. As he leaves, we’re waiting for him to come back with a solution so that I could get my refund and he LEAVES without saying anything at all! He claims that the room was cleaned for us (it was not, even though they charge a $20 cleaning fee) and then says that he didn’t know we were coming... His boss emails me through Expedia and then she just stops replying ... It was not worth $180. Save your money or go somewhere with better service and is worth the amount.
