There’s 24/7 security on-site and we take house rules seriously. (Any evidence of a party or smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fee.)
We have a pet fee of $150 for the extra cleaning.
- Security camera is outside the door, and a Minut/NoiseAware device is in the unit (don’t worry — it only tracks noise levels, not conversations).
