Newly renovated two bedroom, two bath condo 1 mile Clemson campus for your stay. Decorated with the true Clemson fans in mind, you will love staying in this quieter neighborhood just .5 from downtown Clemson. One Queen pillow top and 2 twin beds await you and the college students or professors in mind. Master bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.

The den with sofa, and chair is ready for viewing ESPN or movies on a 50" flat screen TV. Free linens, WiFi and water are included in your rental fees.

Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and all you need for your stay. Hair dryers, iron and ironing board are provided so you can leave yours at home.
