We did not stay here. We were inside the condo for a total of 45 minutes. There a man in the room when we arrived. It weirded us out. We could not clean up to go to dinner, nor did we feel like we could leave our bags and valuables there to go grab groceries or food. The guy said he was “cleaning”, but it was already almost two hours beyond check-in. We chose to wait 20-30 minutes for the cleaning guy to leave before we could go eat. The lockbox was broken. So we did not feel comfortable or safe. The instructions said to always leave the key in the lock box so you don’t lose them…. Ummm no. The pictures do not match. The rooms were dark and super outdated. My room of full of small cut hair (possible pubic, although my son said it looked like beard trimmings). I was too grossed out to take off my shoes. I was under the assumption that the cleaning man may have mopped the bathroom floor and then drug the mop into my room and that’s how it was transferred. But, I can’t be sure, obviously. There were no pillow cases on our pillows. Which wasn’t that bothersome, because I just walked to the linen closet. However, it appeared that the pillowcases in there had been sitting there for a long time as they had some speckled stains in the center, which may have been some type of dead bug, but the host assured me that it wasn’t. It ruined our first couple hours of our trip and we were in panic mode. Thankfully, we were able to book a new place down the road and move!
