This is an entire studio attached to another home at the back. You will have your own entrance with self check in using a lock box to house the key.

There is a wardrobe space upstairs on the landing guests are welcome to use, otherwise the apartment is entirely on one level.

City centre is a minute drive away or there are regular busses that go right past the front gate.

Studio B is on a direct and frequent bus route into the city.
If travelling by car it is a minute drive into the city centre.

Across the road from Sumner beach, it is also a stones throw from the best cafe's, restaurants, and the cinema in Sumner Village.
