We had a fabulous stay at the Scenic Cotswold in Christchurch. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay feel extra special. The recent renovation is beautifully done — cozy yet crisp and refined. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with all our queries at both check-in and check-out, which really added to the overall experience. The only very minor critique would be the lack of a built-in streaming service. This didn’t detract from our stay at all, but it may be something future guests would appreciate. That said, the team kindly provided an HDMI cable, which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would happily return

The staff is excellent and very cooperative. I had sprained my foot, so the lady at the check-in was kind enough to give us the room at the ground floor. We ordered food from the room service, and the taste was excellent. The prices were also not that expensive compared to food in the nearby restaurants. The entire hotel has this king-era vibes which is just awesome. Parking is a bit limited, but plenty of parking was available outside.
