It's a nice place to stay just for business or for pleasure. The pool is clean and warm, they have good food at the restaurant and the employees are nice and kind. I'm sure I'm going come back soon.

There was only one trashcan and it was in the bathroom. It was a big suite and definitely needed a second trashcan in the room. There was lamps but not a big main light for the room. The biggest thing though, was that in the middle of my sons the shower there came out the biggest cockroach I have ever seen. I would of gave it a good rating even with the trashcan issue and lighting but the cockroach was just awful.

The check in was a disaster. The rooms were not ready at 4 pm. The rooms were dirty and the furniture was in bad shape. The lobby and swimming pool was filthy. There was only one functional elevator and it was sketchy and slow riding. All the ice machines were broken. Over all it was a terrible stay.

Excellent and friendly

They were great to me at the front desk upon arrival. My check in was for 2:00 pm but I got there at 12 pm instead, since i miscalculated my scheduling trip to Chihuahua city, but the lady at the front desk was very understanding and cool about the whole thing and still gave me the key for my room. Other than that, everyone here is very courteous, rooms are very well kept, bathrooms are nice, beds are nice and super comfortable. On top of that, the Hampton Inn hotel here is located in an excellent part where you can appreciate the city and also be able to enjoy yourself during your stay. All in all, I fully recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone that’s visiting Chihuahua city.
