This penthouse is ideal to spend great days with family or friends, can accommodate up to 6 people. It belongs to a private urbanization, and is located in the area of Sancti Petri, near the beach and golf courses, a quiet place to disconnect and enjoy the sun and the good weather of Chiclana and the area.



The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed of 150 cm and the other with two single beds of 90 cm.

The living-dining room has a double sofa bed, TV and dining area. The house has air conditioning and two terraces overlooking the gardens and pool area, one of them about 35 meters, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoors and the views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for the stay, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware...etc.

The bathroom is complete with shower.

The accommodation has a private parking space and WIFI. Pets are only allowed if they are small.

It is located in the area of Novo Sancti Petri, 10 km from Chiclana, an area known for its beauty, its stunning views and tranquility, close to beaches known as the Barrosa beach or the beach of El Puerco, where you can find numerous beach bars and surrounded by nine golf courses to enjoy this precious sport. The area is known for its good gastronomy, and in Chiclana you can find a large number of bars, restaurants and beach bars, which will undoubtedly delight anyone. In the summer months there is a craft market and a small fair with attractions for children.
