We reserved 3 rooms, two kings and a double. Everyone reported comfortable beds. Our bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. The decor in the hallways, we were on the 21st floor, appeared to have been there a while. I think the hotel needs a face-lift. You can't beat the location however. Steps from Michigan Avenue, Hancock Building, Water Tower Place, high end shops and seems like 100's of restaurants. We used the "SpotHero" app for a parking space across the street in the Hancock building for half the price ($35 vs $69) of the Weston. I would recommend this hotel for it's location, if you are looking for luxury, this isn't it.
