I love this property. I would live in this hotel. Very nice, very quiet in the heart of Lincoln Park. Everything is walkable and easy to get to.

Great location

This apartment was walking distance to several locations. We walked to the Zoo, the Nature museum and the Lake. Also steps from a Target and Starbucks. Wonderful restaurants close by along with a Trader Joe’s. There were also clothing stores close by and a hot dog stand next to our building. For the busy location it was really quiet at night.

Just a great place!

Super comfortable apartment with high end finishes & amenities. We especially loved the awesome pour over coffee maker. They have everything you need there! Location was beyond perfect. Fantastic restaurants & shops right outside your door. Lovely walk down Diversey or Fullerton to Lake Michigan. Easy access in & out of the apartment with close parking via Park Hero. Owner was easily accessible for questions as well. Thank you! We will be back.

Clean and Inviting

We stayed for 3 nights while we moved our daughter in at DePaul. Upon arrival, we found a fresh bouquet of flowers waiting at the door - nice touch! Inside, the unit was very comfortable, clean and up to date. Exactly as shown in the photos. We didn't prepare any meals onsite, but appeared kitchen was adequately stocked, Coffee was provided, This is a pet friendly unit. Please note, to find a patch of grass, acceptable for a dog to use, requires a little bit of a hike, Due east about 3 blocks was a large park with plenty of areas for dogs to play and do their thing. Note that it is about a 10 min walk to this park. We found a few others places closer, but more dirt/patchy grass rather than a lawn. Other than that, the unit was quiet, building secure, and parking easy across the street at the Kent. Highly recommend.

The building was safe and very very well kept. Room sizes are generous considering age of building. Even though we didn't cook in the kitchen it was very well stocked and bright and sunny to read the morning paper. Shower was tall enough for my 6'3" husband and good pressure!! Thanks for good visit!

Fantastic Place to Stay!

I booked this place for a little over a month. It was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Very clean and loved that everything seemed new. The location was perfect- close by to good restaurants/bakeries, stores, and the park. I brought my dog, so being close to the park was a huge plus. The place and the neighborhood itself was very good for having a dog. Jonathan was an excellent host. He was very responsive, friendly, easy to communicate with, and added to my positive experience here. Overall, very happy with my stay and would book here again!
