A Thanksgiving getaway

The price was very reasonable. ....and then they added the tax. Over $50 in taxes per day plus $37 per day for parking. That made the two day trip more expensive than I originally planned. I have to say it was worth it though. The location was perfect. The weather was gorgeous and we fell in love with the city all over again. I only live an hour away but hadn't been downtown in two years. We had a view of the river and the pier and the lights at night were spectacular. It was a great way to kick off the holidays. I would do it again. Only concern was that the concierge did not know anything about buses and advised us to take a cab. We asked the concierge at the Drake and he told us what buses to take and that was easier than cabs.

Beautiful Views!!!

Hotel was conveniently located. Close to Millenium Park, at the end of the Magnificent Mile and across the river. Rooms were ok. Bed was uncomfortable but view made it a little better.

Great hotel.

Pros: The location, the cleanliness and access.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Its near Millennium Park, walking distance. The area seemed safe to walk around.
We were offered an upgrade, it was well worth the price. The amenities and view were amazing. The staff was very accommodating.

Came in town with friends for Billy Joel at Wrigley Field. Great price, Great service, Great friends. Convenient to shopping. Loved the wait staff. Very helpful in getting to Wrigley Field quickly and affordable. Will def stay again

Location good; rooms furniture/carpet outdated

Cons: replace rooms furniture and carpet; make parking free for hotel guests
Location: go to navy pier

We were in Chicago for Billy Joel concert at Wrigley. Swissotel was fine no problems with anything staff was very attentive to our requests and location was close to millennium park and riverwalk where we did architecture tour and hung out.
