After checking in and arriving to the room we noticed splatters of brown substance on the toilet, walls of the bathroom, and the floor. We were moved to another room by the friendly staff but that room wasn’t much cleaner. The toilet was dirty, there was garbage on the floor, and the sheets were stained. Breakfast was far from average.

i was very disappointed on the super poor condition of the hotel. over all it is disgustingly dirty, a cleaning staff needs to be hired asap the clean the entire facility. upon entering there is a horrible smell, the lobby bathroom has feces all over the toilet & the stairway railings have dirt and outside debris all over. i was even afraid to sleep in the actual bedroom, the shower water doesn’t drain, the coffee maker was covered in dust & the desk was filthy. if it wasn’t so dirty it would be a decent place to stay.

Grim decor. Hallways smelled of industrial disinfectant. Elevator rattles. View out bedroom window of filthy nearly empty swimming pool. Contrary to expectations no bar or restaurant. Room clean but god-awful barn red color.

Book the Transport the night before you leave, as the front desk never told me at my arrival! It takes 20 minutes to go to O'hare and they stop at Days Inn to pick more people
