Staff were courteous and prompt, room was very clean and large, bed super comfortable. Was 90 degrees plus, and the AC worked flawlessly. Bathroom was large and clean, shower/water temp worked perfectly as well. We have stayed at such places as the Hard Rock, The Drake, Ivy, Acme, etc.... this was as good or better as any of them. We'll definitely stay again

Perfect location with tons of stuff to do close by. We stayed for 9 nights. The staff in the lobby bar were really great and we came down for drink here several nights. The room was spacious and had really comfortable beds. Wifi is expensive. Front desk were unpleasant with the exception of the lady who checked us in. The cleaning of the room was great for the first half but turned really bad for the last part. Housekeeping came later for every day, until they did not stop by at all on our last day. One day housekeeping did not come before sometime after 5pm. They also did not empty the trash the last three days and did not come by at all our last day. We came down to the front desk to ask if they could come by around 7pm. The lady was really rude, unwelcome and told us they would not come to clean rooms with the "Do not disturb"-sign up. Which is fair, however, we always took this sign down by 10 am (on a Sunday) and did not see the issue with this as our room never was cleaned before in the afternoon and daily saw them cleaning rooms really late. When we asked if she could please send some towels up, since we did not have any more left, she begrudgingly told us some new towels would be sent up. Questions for the front desk were also answered almost always begrudgingly. Overall, the hotel bar, facilities and the location are all really great. The front desk should be a bit nicer though and housekeeping could be a lot better.

Pros: I loved the decor, the cleanliness, the spaciousness of the rooms, and the location; however, it was the great customer service that won me over.
Cons: Easy recycling in the rooms.
Location: Close to the Magnificent Mile for shopping. Close to the theater district. Too many great restaurants to even describe.
Amazing experience. When I tried to check in my room was not ready, so they gave me a drink voucher for their bar. One free drink down, and I was in my very large room (and I just had a standard King--I cannot imagine how large their other rooms are). Every person I met, dealt with, and spoke with was beyond helpful and friendly. A great experience all around.
