Fantastic Experience

Location: Central location, close to everything.
Excellent customer service every step of the way from the door man when we arrived in our cap, to the front desk staff, concierge, etc.

こざっぱりとした、シンプルなお部屋でした。中心街までも歩ける距離ですので、便利かと思います。

Hotel Chicago Memorial Day weekend

Hotel is perfectly located. Pillows aren't as hard as I prefer. Didn't have restaurant facilities for Saturday morning, but is close to many options.
