I just want to be honest to help the management team and future guests. The place leaves a lot to be desired and the billing of ‘luxury’ is misleading. The view and balcony are highlights. Having 2.5 baths is nice for a group. For things to fix:1. The far corner bed is broken. It slumps in the middle so badly its hard to get up from it. 2. The beds are uncomfortable and feel so cheap and hard. Linens are scratchy and cheap. 3. There is no coffee table and one lamp just sits there on a end table unable to be plugged in. Its like a bad Ikea set up. 4. There are no rugs in the bedrooms- just one in the living room. Making the vibe very cold and sterile. 5, old gross expired spices available but no coffee. 6. No kleenex for guests or amenities like cotton balls or lotion. 7. No shelves in the showers to put necessities on. This is dangerous because you have to lean down constantly to get shampoo from the floor. In short- nothing felt ‘luxury’ about the place besides the view and the location. Everything can be fixed and the place could be nice. But right now its not lux and not warm or inviting. Feels cheap and soulless.
