The apartment is on the first floor is the most 'collected apartment of all, ideal for the couple.
Composed of artisanal wood and granite kitchen, sofa bed, bathroom with window, shower box and double bedroom.
The bedroom and living room windows have panoramic views over the front of the house with vineyards and arable trees.
It has digital terrestrial TV.
There is a large loggia with chairs and barbecue tables, fully sunny inflatable swimming pool with gazebo and sun loungers for refreshments and surrounded by breathtaking views of natural colors throughout the months, green, red, yellow, bronze.
For free use of the guests the fully-faced lounge with vaulted ceilings, once used for storage of wines, where you will find dining tables, seating area with digital terrestrial TV, table tennis and darts.
The peculiarity of our structure is that it is located in open countryside away from everything and chaos but in half a day you can land for a visit to major cities such as Pisa and Lucca, San Gimignano, Castiglioncello, Viareggio, Livorno and you need a few hours to walk on the Etruscan passes to Volterra etc ... Florence rich in history you can reach it by car or by train from Pontedera.
