Loved this hotel at first sight. Nice decor, great room with a nice jacuzzi tub and we opted for a room with a view which overlooked the old wall. Noise wasn’t bad from the busy street outside but in the early evening the bar next door started playing music which was so loud it vibrated the walls. This only happened one night while we stayed there but it was very hard to sleep even though we were exhausted from a busy day. They do provide ear plugs in the room, which should have been a sign in hindsight. If I knew the bar wasn’t operating or playing loud music I would definitely stay here again though. Staff was very nice and offered to call places to help us book activities. The include breakfast was ok but nothing great and wasn’t all warm when we went down so I’d skip that and go out as Chiang Mai has many great cafes.

Staff and service were excellent, food was very mediocre. Breakfast was not kept hot and just not very tasty. But the staff at the breakfast buffet were very nice. We stayed at a suite, while the other people we travelled with stayed in a regular room. Honestly I find there is not too much of a difference between the 2 rooms except it’s on a higher floor, therefore with a better view. One of our group was staying 2 floors directly under our room, and in a regular room and the size between the 2 rooms weren’t that much of a difference. I was surprised as to how roomy the regular room was. Overall it is a nice hotel, but just the food was a little disappointing.

Pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay. Staffs at the hotel are generous and friendly. They had our breakfast pre packed for our early flight in the middle of the night. The hotel just need to work more on the sound insulation with the windows and something to deal with the mosquitos in the area otherwise everything in this hotel is perfect.

Fabulous looking hotel however we had a few issues. they had brand new 50inch tv but we had to get daily passwords for wifi in order to use the plus tv or Netflicks same with the WiFi on our phones only hotspot wifi. They have a beautiful pool area but it's in the shade all day no sunshine. No lobby area for relaxing outside of your bedroom. The staff very friendly the food was nice. Bar closed at 9.30 pm I wouldn't return for another stay

Nice little hotel

Our family stayed in a four person bunk bed room. We were very pleased with our stay. The place was very clean, and included a generous bowl of fruit upon checkin. The restaurant was very affordable - and we enjoyed our selections - excellent Fish. The pool was small but lovely looking (too cold for us to actually get in). They provided every amenity one could imagine in the room including bath robes, ear plugs, etc. Its right across the street from the old city (one of the old towers is 50 feet from the hotel door), but it is on a rather scary street to cross over. The WiFi worked - you log in once and I never had to worry about it again. The staff were very nice in helping us book some tours.

Everything is really fine except for the disco that is next door so the last room on the 4 of floors just next to it especially the on on the lower floors will have an issue if they want a good rest however

I enjoyed everything about this hotel with the exception of the building next door is a bar with a band playing until Midnight every night. My room was on the end which was right next and close to hear the thumping noise.

Great staff, great service

Stayed here with my mom for our 5-day trip to Chiangmai. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic (the free breakfast and dinner too), the room was clean every day, the bed is comfortable and the pool is very relaxing. My only issue is that the room we stayed in is at the far end of the building, which is right next to a live music bar. The hotel had ear plugs in my room. I'm guessing other patrons have complained in the past. Everything else was so perfect that it hasn't affected my stay. The location is also fantastic. It's right outside of Old Chiangmai and close to basically all the big points in Chiangmai.
