Perfectly located and lovely hotel. Disappointed that after heading back to the hotel after a meal out we couldn’t get a drink at 9.30pm, it was advertised that the bar was open until 10pm only during January but was advised that they had to clean up before that! Did spoil it a little.

The room was very cold put the heating on but wouldn’t work (spanner symbol showing) addressed it with the manager to be told it would be fixed for when we come back to the room. So we went out to return to the room 11.30pm the room was freezing cold and still the heating wasn’t fixed. We were freezing all and all morning. Told the receptionist on checking out to be told the manager will call later that day but had no call.

Lovely comfortable hotel
We had a lovely stay at the Leonardo hotel, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was very comfortable and clean. Location also excellent for central Chester. Would definitely stay again

All round great stay.
