Donโ€™t have the reservation

They were fully booked when we arrived and didnโ€™t have our reservation. They put us in another hotel (not similar to theirs) and when we complain about it they changed the hotel to one similar to theirs. So I donโ€™t know exactly how this hotel isโ€ฆ Not exactly the best city to stop when travelling in family.
