Park Pointe B201, a newly renovated bright and sunny second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It's all in the details! This beautifully styled condo features hardwood laminate floors, fresh décor and a modern design which includes upcycled wood ship lapping in the dining room and new fixtures and furnishings throughout. Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living area. You will enjoy views of beautiful Lake Chelan, the park and surrounding mountains from the condo, your private balcony or while soaking up the sun at the large heated pool and hot tub. (Pool is seasonal, opening May 15th-September, weather dependent.) Centrally located, you are just steps to the trail system that takes you to the lake, Don Morse Park with a public marina and boat launch and the iconic Lakeview Drive-in. Just a few steps further down the trail you will enjoy the shops, restaurants, tasting rooms and other attractions found in historic downtown Chelan. The perfect vacation rental for active family groups and friends!

Great condo!
Honestly this was the best condo we’ve ever rented. It was extremely clean and tidy, had everything we needed. The pool was great and it was a short walk to the park. I’m looking forward to booking here again!

A great place to stay in Chelan!
We loved this condo! The location is great. Close to the public park where you can swim, a walk to Starbucks, and a quick drive to many wineries. The condo had everything we needed. We loved the big bath tub, the large dining room table for games, and the outside table. We would highly recommend this location.

Great place, bad rental management company
We recently stayed in this property and really enjoyed it. The condo was very nicely updated, close to the pool, the kitchen was well appointed and there was a great peekaboo lake view from the deck. The only drawback of the until itself for us was the lack of any room-darkening curtains/blinds in the bedrooms - it made for some VERY early mornings for us when the sun started to rise at 4 AM and the rooms got bright. I wasn't super impressed with the rental management company, Windermere. They provided us with a pool code that didn't work. We arrived after their office closed and had two very disappointed kids on our hands who'd we'd promised could take a quick swim before bedtime. When I got ahold of them the next day they didn't help and instead I had to wander around the property looking for a phone number for the property managers. I will say that those folks were very responsive... but I feel that Windermere could have been more helpful. Our garbage disposal also wasn't working. I also told them this when I called about the pool code, and they didn't offer to send anyone out - just said "ok thanks for letting us know." It didn't impact our experience in the unit, but I was surprised that they didn't seem to care much at all. So yeah, as the title says, great rental... bad rental management company.

Great location, well appointed rental with all the comforts of home!
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just a short walk from one of the better beaches on the lake. Also short walk to downtown. The condo came with everything you could need such as cooking utensils, dishes, soaps, paper towels, etc. The master bed was not as comfortable as i would have liked but it was clean as was the rest of the home. My biggest disappointment was the pool being closed. We were not informed of the pool only being open Memorial through Labor Day weekends. It was 90+ degress every day we stayed yet the pool was closed. Would have been nice to know that prior to booking.

Nice condo near public beach
We enjoyed our stay. This condo has been nicely updated and is so conveniently located to downtown and public beach. We walked to the public beach with our chairs and small cooler Beds were very nice and kitchen and barbecue very user friendly. We would definitely return!

Beautiful hillside condo!
A great condo! Close to all the great restaurants and wineries, and easy access to some great golf courses - Gamble Sands, Desert Canyon, and Bear Mountain. Very comfortable furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked, BBQ worked and had propane, nice deck to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails! Both bedrooms were furnished very nicely, comfortable beds, and very nice bathrooms. Will enjoy staying here again!
