The room is very clean, the design is nice and well thought out. I liked that there's a kitchenette with supplies. Breakfast has many options some not commonly found in most hotels. Staff was friendly. However, I was a bit confused by the two bottles of body wash provided, as there's no shampoo. Overall, I would rate the experience excellent. We stayed at the Chattanooga location.
