This home was exactly what it said and more. Home was fully furnished with everything you could think of. Our family loved the space and everything from the game area, the pond and our dog loved the room to sniff and explore outside. Beds were comfortable and home had enough space for us all to spread out. Home is close to everything so it made it easy to go out and see what Chattanooga had to offer, dine at local restaurants or stay in and enjoy the pond or fire pit. Host responded quickly to a couple of questions. Only thing I would mention is that it says private pond but we had several days where there were people in the picnic shelter and fishing in the pond. So as long as that doesn’t bother you I would definitely stay at Pond View.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family trip! It is so close to all of the places we wanted to visit (Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Aquarium). We even found a restaurant we all loved close by (Blackstone Grille). We loved being able to bring our dogs and fish in the pond. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Donna was great and took care of any questions we had. We would definitely go back!

This place was just what we wanted! It was clean, comfortable and attractive with all the amenities to make us feel at home. We hiked trails at Raccoon Mountain once or twice every day, and enjoyed the pond and green space around it when we just needed to let the dogs out. We visited the nearby Reflection Rising and its trails also, which was a nice bonus. We sampled the food at the Blackstone Grille, Lemon Grass Thai, and Logan’s Roadhouse and were not disappointed, but we also ate in, because the Super Walmart was conveniently located. All in all, the stay was great, and we were sad to leave!

The property met all expectations. Cleanliness was exceptional. Space inside and on the land was as described and offered privacy. Best kitchenware and bathroom amenities we’ve experienced. The welcome basket in kitchen was a sincere touch. Ample towels, blankets, laundry etc. The gas fire pit was a nice touch, not needing us to get firewood. The pond entertained us with many opportunities to catch and release. Our daughter’s new puppy she just adopted had ample room to roam and explore on the 2 acres. Shopping and food were just at a mile away and Chattanooga 15 mins. We will definitely stay again if available. Well done to the owners!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was close to all the attractions that we wanted to go to in Chattanooga. It was easy to get to and outside the "city" enough that it was super quiet and nice. The kids enjoyed being able to go out to the pond and fish and swing. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was a perfect choice for our multi-generational family including three young children. Nice kitchen and baths, spacious game room, all very clean. Outdoors there was plenty of room to run around and the fishing pond was great. The location was close to all attractions and downtown. Highly recommend.

I stayed here with my husband, 6 yr old son, and our dog. We were only there for 2 nights but we easily could've stayed longer without any concern or running out of clean linens or household supplies. The property was immaculately clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for all of us and could easily accommodate a large family. We appreciated the amount of effort and detail the host put into making our stay comfortable. It was both fun and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Kids loved the game room and fished every opportunity they had. Kitchen had all the basics and even some nice surprises like an air fryer. We only had one question during our stay and communication was prompt even though it was a Friday evening.

Gem in Chattanooga Area

We spent a week at this property, and couldn’t imagine a better experience. Our four grandchildren fished the stocked pond everyday and enjoyed using the kayak. With the garage converted to a game room, even when it rained, we were able to enjoy activities together. Access to tourist was very easy. We visited the convention center, aquarium, Rock City, and Ruby Falls without any frustrations. The house was well appointed with plenty of beds, linen, and towels, all the kitchen furnishings and appliances to support our family of eight. We also enjoyed using the gas grill for dinner one evening. Having the washer and dryer also helped us avoid overpacking for the week. The host was very helpful and was responsive to all our questions and requests. I will definitely use this property again if we return to Chattanooga.

Wonderful Rental

We stayed here while my daughter played in a softball tournament. Place was super clean and had everything you needed. Kids loved being able to fish in the pond and play games in the basement.

Perfect location & beautiful place

We had an amazing stay in Chattanooga! We were in town for the Ironman race, and the location was ideal—close to downtown, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet spot. The home itself seemed brand new, and was stocked with everything we could possibly need.Our son’s favorite features was the adorable small lake on the property. Fishing equipment at the house was so nice to have. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and dedicated to making sure guests have a great experience.If you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet, and convenient place to stay in Chattanooga, this is a great choice!

Beautiful home and relaxing stay

The house is very clean, new, well equipped and close to all of the many attractions that Chattanooga has to offer. Check in and out was seamless. The pond was also a huge hit with my husband and sons.
