Bed had coils poking thru mattress. We got scratched. Bed was lumpy. Very loud and squeeky, old springs.

The room was filthy and smelled of sewage. The curtains and bedsheets had visible stains, the floors hadn't been cleaned and every surface had dirt on it. The toilet wouldn't hardly flush either.

If I was Wyndham and owned this property I would take my name off of it. Had to go back and forth to registration 4 times. My keys did not work x3 and they put me in another room that hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was food splattered all over the walls. Ash and dirt on floors. Grass in beds. Then was told that room Wasn’t cleaned. Had to then move to another room which wasn’t much better. The walkways was nasty had garbage and cigarette Buds all over. Will never stay there again!!

The atmosphere seemed nice but we were not provided with extra towels and it was 2 adults and one toddler. The next day no one came to clean the room or provide extra towels. The night i checked in had to get another room the first one was nasty and the microwave and fridge didnt work.

Extremely rude and so dirty! Stayed With my husband who had been shot we were there for a hospital visit and they did not want to come and clean our room and was rude every time we ask for clean linens or even toilet paper for that matter I’ve never experienced such awful hotel service

Room smelled like smoke. TV didn't work. The room see were moved to was dirty and had mold in shower. Guest had dog running around without leash and said she was in heat. Breakfast was okay with waffle maker but had watery coffee.
