Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast area floor was really sticky and everything was empty at 7:30am. We had to wait for everything to be cooked and waffle mix to be made. I am sure it is not like that all the time so maybe the breakfast staff was new.

The first room I was given wasn't cleaned. There was food everywhere and dirty linen. The second room was dirty as well. Hair on pillow cases, hair on bedding, visible urine under rim of toilet, floor was vacuumed, mattress was heavily stained. Very underwhelmed with this location. Front desk staff was very helpful.

The staff was not helpful, indifferent and uninformed. We would not stay there again. The breakfast area was dirty and only waffles were offered no other breakfast. No milk for coffee. No tea. The common areas were spartanic and uninviting. At checkout no one was available so we couldn’t get a receipt.

Property was clean, bed was comfortable. There was NO hot breakfast, and skimpy offerings of cold items. The two women at the front desk shrugged it off, offered no apology or compensation.
