Space was exactly what we needed with plenty of sleeping space for a group much larger than ours. Easy walking distance to the Spectrum Center with all the necessary amenities within a few blocks as well. Host was attentive to messages and incredibly flexible to work with regarding logistics during a historic winter storm that took place during out stay.

Perfect for an overnight stay!

Easy to find, perfect location just minutes from downtown Charlotte. The common areas and halls needed some tidying and had a strange odor, but our specific unit was very clean and we could tell special attention was taken with ensuring cleanliness. Would have been great to have little coffee samples for the coffee maker, but overall our stay was comfortable, quiet, and safe! I would consider staying here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Great location

Stayed here overnight with my teens and a few of their friends so we could attend a concert at Bank of America stadium. Having so many beds made it a great option for our group. Very clean and easy parking, check in process was smooth, and there was great proactive communication from the hosts. The only downside was the kitchen was missing basic items needed to cook even just the simplest of meals (e.g. breakfast), like measuring cups and measuring spoons. Would also be helpful to have several pots and pans of different sizes, hot pads, oven mitts. Otherwise it was great!

It serves its purpose

This property is definitely designed, as shown in the pics, to just have as many people as possible sleeping there, like if you were bringing a ton of kids to a sports tournament. There's zero attempt to make it cozy/have art on the walls/etc. (again, as shown in the pics). There were just two of us for a work trip at the convention center (about a 10-15 minute walk away, which felt safe). The beds in our bedrooms were comfortable but they just had the sheets and a thin coverlet on them, so we each used the comforters that were on the twin beds in the little bedroom. Overall the apartment had an unpleasant chemical smell, maybe from the cleaning products used. The parking is convenient in a lot right outside the door. The apartment building itself was OK - definitely not high-end, but it felt safe enough. Next time we'll probably try a different listing.

The perfect place for us!

So enjoyed our gals getaway for a concert and just time together. The space was great and we were so comfortable there. The owner was completely wonderful to work with and communicated so well with me. We were concerned about weather and the owner allowed us to add an extra day to our stay which we so enjoyed! Again, this was perfect for us, walking to restaurants and other venues. So much fun! Great place. Highly recommend l!

Very precise listing

Overall the stay was nice and the bedding worked very well for our group. The listing was VERY exact, so just good information to know. What they reported available in the kitchen was exactly what was available and only that. It was a very sparsely stocked kitchen. There was nothing extra. Would really have liked to have any dish to use in the oven (casserole dish, cookie sheet, anything), a can opener and maybe some salt & pepper. We were also supplied only very cheap single ply toilet paper.

GEM IN THE CITY!

Fabulous! Location - perfect- Cleanliness - immaculate- Space- rather roomy!- Communication - clear! Visited from out of town with a group of 6 for a concert. We each slept in our own queen size bed! This option so much more affordable than staying at a hotel down the street. Will visit again and I am hopeful I can snag this place for another trip!!

Close to Convention center, everything we needed.

We were there for work at the Convention Center, and it was very close. It was nice having my crew able to stay with me. 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it very convenient. Sinks outside of bathrooms meant we could get ready while other people used shower / etc. Would def stay there again. Thanks!
