Host No Show
I received no information in advance from the host about access. On the day of the rental, repeated attempts via text and phone went unanswered.
Several chats and phone conversations with VRBO support were unsatisfactory. Their attempts to reach the host were also unanswered and I was told it had been "escalated to the proper department" and that they would be in touch to discuss alternate accomomdations.
My request for a refund was answered with "the host will have to approve the refund"!
I never heard from anyone at VRBO and had to book a hotel.
Overall, about as unsatisfactory as it gets. Still waiting on my refund!
