Absolutely amazing

This was our best VRBO stay yet. The house was fantastic. The views were amazing. The accommodations were spot on. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. The blackstone was a game changer for dinner ideas. All beds were super comfy. Plenty of games for entertainment, as well as hdmi cables provided for gaming consoles. Will definitely stay here again. Nicole is an amazing host. Very attentive and proactive.

Christmas getaway

This property is beautiful! Our family was there for Christmas. The kitchen has all the amenities to make a beautiful meal! We had 8 adults and didn’t feel cramped. If you’re up early you can catch a beautiful sunrise too.

Great Lake house

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house the men and boys enjoyed fishing, would love to come back during the summer to take advantage of the water activities. The rooms were well appointed and the cleanest house we have ever rented very satisfied thank you

Great family retreat

Great property. House was clean, nicely adorned and spacious. Nine slept very comfortably. Paddle boards and kayaks were available and looked brand new. Porches were very relaxing. Dock was fun for fishing.

Great Spot for Family getaway

This rental was amazing! Open concept was great for our large family, Blackstone and grill were highlights and used regularly. House was immaculate and had all the amenities we could want! Dock was so convenient for water sports and boating (ability to boat to nearby restaurants with dock to dock accessibility was super fun) Our first time to the Lake Norman area and we will be back!

Absolutely Perfect!

My family and I had the most amazing vacation at the Luxe Lakefront Property. The house is gorgeously decorated and in a prime location on open water. The house sits closer to the water than all the neighbors so you get great privacy as well. The boat dock was a perfect fit for a large pontoon boat and 2 jet skis. Which we rented from Lake Effects (I highly recommend them as well). Inside the house were perfect homey touches that most VRBOs do not offer. There were laundry baskets in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner as well, laundry detergent in the laundry room, tons of garbage bags, quality bath towels in each bathroom, and lots of lake towels. All for guest use! The recreational options were impressive as well. There were plenty of life jackets, rafts, paddle boards, kayaks (of all sizes), and outdoor games. The Blackstone Grill was in perfect shape and very easy to use. Our group of 6 adults and 5 kids fit perfectly with room to spare. The owner was very kind and extremely helpful!!!! I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home!

Very relaxing trip! Great place to stay. Everything was as expected. Only thing that I could find improvement on the dock was extremely high and my older parents had hard time climbing down the ladder to get on boat we rented.

Amazing stay at Lake

This house was absolutely amazing. Perfect location and the house had everything you need. Nicole is also an amazing host. We had some issues with the paddle boards and kayaks taking on water, and she got them all replaced that evening. It was a perfect week. We also had our 15 month old daughter with us and the house is set up to be very kid friendly. It was the best house for little ones. We will 100% be staying again. Highly recommend.

Spectacular house!

Such an amazing property. It felt very quiet and private even during a summer weekend. The house is grand yet intimate. The host was very responsive. They have so many kayaks and paddleboards which was perfect for our large group. The large deck was the perfect place to hangout and watch the sunset. The kitchen has all the necessities to cook and feed a large group. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely return!

Reunion of Two 4Somes

The house has all the modern finishes and conveniences. Very well done renovation. Kitchen, gathering areas, living rooms, bathrooms all excellent for large groups. Expansive deck offers fantastic 180+ degree views of Lake Norman big water. Hosts provided lake toys, fire pit and grills. No complaints and would love to visit again if the occasion arose.

Lake Norman Luxury!

We attended a wedding near Lake Norman and took the opportunity to stay a little longer. This home was the perfect place for us and our adult children. Beautiful setting and beautiful home! Fully stocked with everything needed for our stay - including sweet treats and plenty of ambiance! Nicole was a super responsive host. We are definitely coming back!! ❤️

The home and property were awesome...one suggestion would be to just make the dock more suitable for boats and getting on and off wave runners.The water was absolutely beautiful in this spot...but could get a little rough with traffic..But this house and this spot was absolutely beautiful !!

Great trip with friends!

The house is spacious, clean, and modern. All of the furniture is comfortable (the beds, the couch, and even the outside furniture on the deck). This house is right on the lake and has all the water accessories you need! We would definitely stay again! The host is also very responsive and accommodating!
