Excellent property to rent!

My crew and I were in town for construction work, the beds were super comfortable and the house was spacious enough for four grown men to all have their own space! The kitchen and open dining room and living made it easy to cook meals after work. If your leike me and game while on the road the internet was great for online gaming i had no issues playing with friends

First visit to Charlotte

The house was clean, very roomy. The deck is big and was a nice place to hang out during the day. Rated it a 4 for neighborhood as the property is right on a main road that was very busy (noisy). Host was very quick to respond with good communication.

The perfect house for family connections and gathering!

We came in from Minnesota to gather with some North Carolina family. We wanted somewhere to meet for meals and games and family time. We had 8 at the house, 3 couples had a private room and two college-aged kids had their own space as well. The house is large and sunny and comfortable. Furniture encourages gathering and relaxing and crown molding was a classy touch. Lots of natural light and lamps, end tables and coffee tables for papers and games. My 85 year old Dad could join us and move around easily with all hardwood floors in the main areas. Plenty of room by the front door to drop off shoes when entering. Lovely rocking chairs on front porch where we drank coffee as the sun came up. Nice big back deck too. Big kitchen, plenty of space to cook for the group. In the weeks preceding, I had many questions for Kamila and she was always always really fast to answer and very helpful in her answers. Nice roomy house

We were in Charlotte for Easter weekend. The weather was terrible; we were really happy to have such a spacious house to hang out in. Very clean and we wanted for nothing. Everything we needed was in the house and the host made the whole experience easy.

Great Stay near Charlotte

Clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed three bedroom house. Extra TV in the master bedroom was a huge plus. Easy to cook and do laundry when on the road. Location is convenient to the downtown, airport and US National Whitewater Center. Only downside the house is on a main road and the car lights come through the window blinds at night and some noise when trying to sleep.

Enjoyed our stay

Kamila was wonderful and responsive. The home was clean, comfortable, provided for all of our needs. Our puppy, Peaches, enjoyed running in the backyard and felt at home. We loved staying here and look forward to our next visit.

Nice home conveniently located

This house suited our needs well. It was conveniently located to where we wanted to visit. It was very clean and comfortable. The street is a little noisy if you are in the front bedrooms, but the neighborhood is pretty quiet, otherwise. Would recommend this if you are visiting Charlotte.

Cute and Homey

Very cute and homey home— perfect for our trip!! The backyard and the porch were phenomenal!!! We loved sitting out on the porch for morning coffee! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking full meals, which was awesome and exactly what we needed during our stay. Property manager was incredible!! Easy to contact, quick responses, and even offered to mail items that I left! Would absolutely recommend this property for your next stay!

Good place to stay

Good value and location (NW part of Charlotte). Worked as a great central location for a disc golf vacation with my son. It could easily accommodate a whole family. House is in good condition with a nice kitchen and bathrooms, owner was easy to communicate with and provided a good experience. I'd stay here again.

Will Rent Again

My boys and I loved this place. The backyard is nice and big enough for my grown children to play frisbe. The house was clean and smelled good. The location was perfect to be near my mom, disc golf park and other activities. When we go back, will we definitely be checking for this place first. Kamila communicated thru out the whole stay.

We really had so much fun staying at this property while attending the Gastonia Honey Hunters opening season games. The property is very well taken care of with easy check-in and check-out process. Loved the layout of the house with nice size bedrooms and big kitchen opened to the family room. The back deck and beautiful backyard was enjoyable. The circle driveway was a plus being on a busy street. Hopefully we can reserve it again the next time we need to stay in the Gastonia area.

Easy access from airport

Location is easily accessible from airport and other major highways. Shopping was just minutes away. Large house, extremely clean, and spacious outdoor area. Communication with owner was exceptional.

The house has lots of room. A couple of comfortable chairs in living room would be nice. Maybe bar stools. Good location. Easy to get up town- 20 minutes. No restaurants near by.
