Awesome house in a great location. We would love to come back in the summer, but we had a blast for our annual family getaway between Christmas and New Years Day.

This property was very nice and extremely clean. It was large enough for multiple families to stay here for a wedding at Castle Farm and allow everyone to have their own space. The amenities were excellent, the beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of games/puzzles/toys to keep the kids and adults occupied if there was any down time. The location is excellent near the beach and it is about a one mile walk to downtown Charlevoix. Communication with owner is excellent and we would definitely stay here again.

We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for our daughter’s wedding at Castle Farms. The house is beautiful and much bigger than it appears in the pictures. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay especially with larger families or groups.

Perfect house to stay with a large group!!

Our whole day was absolutely amazing! The host was super responsive. The house is amazing and had so many bonus features! Like bikes and beach towels! I would recommend this house to anyone going to Charlevoix to stay with a big group.

Castle Farms Winter Wedding

This home was exactly everything it said it was and more. Our family of 12 ranging from 19 to 83 years old stayed for our nephew‘s wedding at Castle Farms in February. The home was warm, physically and aesthetically with plenty of space for everyone to be together, or apart. The large open living dining and kitchen area lended itself to laughter and fellowship. Ample bathroom facilities and bedroom accommodations were perfect. We loved that there was plenty of room for all of our vehicles and a garage available during the snowstorm. Crockpots, waffle makers, two coffee pots and even a griddle made it so much easier for our family meals. This is absolutely the place to stay if you’re going to a wedding at Castle Farms. It’s so close in proximity and easy access to some delicious restaurants. Would love to stay in the summertime and take advantage of that fabulous wraparound porch.

Family Reunion and Birthday Celebration

The property was great for all ages. Close to all kinds of fun places and activities. Jamie provided many extras to make our stay even more special. Space was clean and welcoming. Plenty of room for all our families. The only comment I would make is that the blender needs to be upgraded since we are a family of smoothie consumers. :) Book it--you'll love it.

Best VRBO house ever!!!

We have stayed at many beautiful VRBO homes but this was the best of the best! Such a gorgeous home, fully stocked with everything we needed, amazing location near a great beach & park, easy walking distance to Charlevoix. The owner Jamie was so easy to communicate with, always quick responses to any question or need we had. She even set up a full-size crib for our 1 year old grandson. The 2 full-size kitchens were well stocked & we enjoyed grilling out on the beautiful back patio, complete with a hammock & fire pit. The home is very spacious & had lots of family games available as well as toys for kiddos. We love the town of Charlevoix & now that we have found the perfect home for our family, we plan to vacation here frequently. We had a ball!

Bachelorette Party Getaway

This property is outstanding. Gorgeous, expansive home, lake views, beautifully furnished, extremely clean, with all the amenities of home. We had 13 ladies from 20 years old to 70 years old and everyone was comfortable because of the open, spaciousness of the home. Jamie, the owner, was awesome and responsive to all my questions ahead of time. We had a wonderful time and if/when my family comes back to Charlevoix we will 100% stay here again.

New Years Weekend

Thank you Jamie and Seth for a wonderful rental experience over New Years Weekend 2024. Jamie’s quick and warm responses set the stage for a great weekend at their Charlevoix home. The house is beautifully decorated with top of the line furniture, TVs, beddings and towels. The three kitchens are fully stocked and have high end appliances. There were 3 very large TVs in the main areas of the house which we enjoyed as we watched The University of Michigan win the National Football Championship. The house has many high end architectural features, the bathrooms are all beautifully designed and decorated and the house is fully stocked with anything you would want. It was super clean too! We had a group of ten people and it never felt crowded. It was a quick 5 minute drive to town and for summer rentals it’s across the street from a beautiful beach. Great rental for couples or families. Thanks for all Jamie and Seth!

Exceeded all expectations!

The house was literally perfect for our family wedding weekend at the Charlevoix Yacht Club! We had family and friends stay with us and it was the absolute perfect space for all of us. The house was extremely clean and so beautiful and stocked so well for us! It was one of everyone’s favorite parts of the weekend, having this gathering place, that was so convenient and so gorgeous! It was also great to have the garage space for storage over the weekend for miscellaneous things! Thank you so much for hosting us, we will definitely be recommending this to others and we will never forget the time and memories made here! :)

Absolutely Amazing

We stayed at this home while attending our daughter’s wedding across the street at the Charlevoix Yacht Club. The home was incredible - went above and beyond our expectations and was the most beautiful and well equipped rental property we have ever stayed in! The location was perfect for the wedding since we could simply walk across the street!!! The home is enormous with beautiful decor both inside and out!

Splendid Residence

The property was lovely, convenient, and beautifully maintained with ample amenities. It was perfect for our multigenerational group with plenty of room to spread out. We loved the front balcony and spent lots of time there enjoying the view of Lake Charlevoix. It was a short walk to Ferry Beach and just a short to trip to town. Jamie was an excellent host who was friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an excellent vacation rental.

We stayed at this home for my sons wedding in Charlevoix. It is everything and more that you would want it to be . It is clean , fully stocked and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. It is across the street from the beach and just a little over a mile from town . We had a busy week with all of our wedding festivities but would love to come back with my family again and relax and enjoy everything there is to do in Charlevoix while staying at this beautiful home . Top notch in every way!!

Fun family reunion

Nice house with views of Lake Charlevoix and near Ferry Beach. The house is well equipped for families even babies! Well stock and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay!
