This first floor apartment is cute, cozy, and conveniently located in St. Albans, WV. It's on the city bus route and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. This is an almost 100 year old duplex, so the floor plan of this unit is a little quirky, in that one of the bedrooms is open to the living room and you have to walk through it to get to the kitchen. (See photos). It's a super comfy and budget-friendly place, but privacy is somewhat limited.

It was nice and clean and cozy. I loved the location and it was perfect for just me or if you had a couple stay with a kid it would be perfect for it, or for a couple and a single person. The only complaint I have is there could have been more space in the kitchen to prep but that isn’t an huge issue.
