Really great house!

This house was perfect for our girls getaway trip; the kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook, the beds were comfy, there were plenty of pillows, towels and blankets and everything we needed. We walked nearly everywhere so the location was great and the host was SO helpful and replied quickly to all of our questions. My only suggestion would be to have someplace to put clothes in the rooms and toiletries in the bathrooms that didn't have vanities; the sound machines were helpful at night when it was a bit noisy also but really it was a great house and we would come back!

Graduation Weekend

Brookhaven was the perfect home base for our son’s college graduation weekend. The location is walkable to King Street shops and restaurants and convenient to everything Charleston has to offer. There was plenty of space for our group to gather together and everyone really appreciated the well appointed en-suite bedrooms/bathroom. We will definitely be returning!

The home was absolutely GORGEOUS. It was welcoming and warm. Gave everyone a bit of privacy but with the great room we had time to fellowship as a whole group. The colors were warm and inviting.

Made our trip!

We had a group of 11 people who came from various places around the country to meet in Charleston to celebrate my birthday. This house was everything! So clean, beautiful, accommodating all in a great neighborhood! We loved that every room had its own bathroom; this made getting ready as a group so much easier. Loved this place and location to many area attractions and activities. Didn’t want to leave!

Exceeds expectations!

My family and I work in construction and we absolutely loved this property. Everything was above average! The only annoying part was that there was construction on the street all week and the house directly next door started construction work at 7am each day. The smaller downstairs bedroom facing the street and the bedroom above it heard every single thing all night long. But it comes with the territory. Walking to King St. was a breeze and the location is walkable to numerous boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. Everything was amazing. A great vacation!

Spacious and comfortable house

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very spacious (and the bedrooms spread out), the management company was very responsive to any inquiry and the neighborhood has a lot of great shops/restaurants. The road noise on Cannon is noticeable during the day, but it was pretty quiet at night (I have stayed in other homes closer to King in the past and it would get pretty noisy at night).

Wonderful!

The property was really beautiful. It was thoughtfully accommodating with all the amenities of home. Although we did not need to cook any dinners we surely could have. The layout was great with our large family of 10 plus 2 16 month olds. It never felt crowded. The link for Baby Away for pack and plays and playpen were so helpful. Bag Valet was a nice service offered for our family members that were arriving before our check in time. The home is nicely appointed, conveniently located to King Street and local eateries. We recommend Bad Bunnies for coffee and pastries, Fuel Cantina for a casual dinner and delicious bagels at Holey City Bagels. We would definitely come back to this lovely property.

Beautiful House

House was lovely, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Only complaint we had was that two of the bedrooms didn’t have closets, dressers or even hooks on the wall. Tough to live out of a suitcase for a week.

Girlfriend Adventure

Perfect for the 6 of us. Loved the luxury of each having our own bedroom and private bath. The home was impeccably clean and well furnished. Well located and walking distance to many attractions and shopping. Highly recommend the Bag Valet service especially when you have the entire day from checkout till your flight. Loved Charleston!

Girls weekend in Charleston

We enjoyed our visit to Charleston and loved this home. It was beautifully updated, clean and the concierge staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to a few different restaurants and shopping, or quick uber drives to a variety of activities. This was a wonderful home for a larger group. We would highly recommend this property!

Ladies weekend in Charleston

We had an amazing weekend at this brand new property . Location was a healthy walk or a short UBER. Never one enjoyed having their own bathroom . If I had to critique I would make sure the bedrooms without a closet had a luggage rack but it was not really an issues for 1 person . The garbage men do their thing early but that’s out of the owners control .

Girls Trip

Our group of 5 stayed in this beautiful home during our girls trip to Charleston. Entry code to home was communicated through email. We were happy to find the home clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. The space we enjoyed the most was the 2nd floor porch, which is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and plenty of sunshine. Property is located within walking distance of King Street (probably a mile), several restaurants, and neighborhood was easy to navigate. Communication with Stay Duvet was easy. The only downside we found was the bathroom in one of the first floor bedrooms was quite small (you could rest your head on the sink while sitting on the toilet) and the sink appeared to be pulling away from the wall. Also, I would suggest to the property management company to leave a “guest book” in the house with information about the area, as well as check out instructions. We emptied garbage, but it was clear the outdoor bins had not been emptied in a while-likely because no information was provided about when to put them at the curb. I would highly recommend this property. It was absolutely lovely, and the downsides we noticed were minor-far outweighed by the cleanliness, comfortable beds and pillows, and well equipped kitchen. Definite 5 star home.

Perfect off site work retreat

My team and I chose this place to stay so that each member would have their own private bedroom and bathroom, with collective work space in the outdoor porch and open space living area. It was perfect! Quick access to so many restaurants, we did an escape room close by, and even did a sailboat charter. All was well within walking distance or at most a quick Uber ride. The house is well appointed with linens, soaps, plenty of items like spices and other random needs like cooking spray, sugar, and the coffee was excellent. Highly recommend!

We were in this location for my son-in-law’s Hall of Fame induction. It was a great location not very far from College of Charleston in downtown Charleston. Great food surrounding the area as well.

Holiday Happiness

My family spent Christmas in Charleston and this house was PERFECT! We cooked and ate our traditional lasagna meal at the house. Sometimes its hard to prepare meals in a VRBO but this worked out great. All 10 of us sat comfortably at the table and played games every night. The location was nice for walking places. We had a group of 10 adults and everyone loved our stay at this house. This is my second time at a Stay Duvet property and it was wonderful both times. We will be back.

Great place with plenty of room

Pros King Beds in all 6 bedrooms, mattresses are memory foam and very comfortable Clean and well maintained Great location, walking distance to King Street and great restaurants/shopping Responsive guest services that communicate great by text and respond quickly to issues Cons No dressers or place to put clothes away. Closets are limited No towel racks in bathrooms and bathrooms with pedestal sinks have no storage No dimmer switches on lights in living room so either surgical lighting or very little. Only 4 wine glasses No directions for the TV which is complicated. Other Parking for 3-4 cars but difficult to juggle them around as it just a driveway. That said, this is typical so it is just nice to have off street parking.
