Hatteras Cottage at Governor's Club

Welcome to the Hatteras Cottage! This house is the perfect place for your large group to enjoy the Chapel Hill area. With open concept living areas, you are able to enjoy stunning views of the golf course throughout the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The Cottage offers 4 spacious bedrooms suites complete with ensuite bathrooms and plenty of natural light. You'll love spending your mornings with a cup of coffee on the large, wrap around deck while you watch the golfers go by.

Hatteras Cottage is a large home that provides plenty of space for your entire group. The main living areas are all open concept, so you can enjoy views of the golf course and natural light throughout. The bright kitchen has been updated with a tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The large dining and living areas offer plenty of seating space for you to relax at the end of the day.

There are 4 spacious suites in the cottage, each with their own ensuite bathroom. The best feature of the cottage is the wrap around deck. There's plenty of space for everyone to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening while watching golfers on the course.

Hatteras Cottage is conveniently located to everything that you'd want to do in Chapel Hill and is a short drive to Raleigh and Durham as well.

Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay. Each suite has a it's own keypad lock for privacy. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything at the property.

Hosts are not on site and can be reached via messaging.

Parking is available in front of the cottage free of charge. It can fit up to 10 cars.
