The staff at this property are exceptional! They remember you from stay to stay, with genuine smiles and treat you like family in a kind and respectful way. The challenge in winter months, is no underground or sheltered parking, along with loud snow removal at 4:30 am.

Highly recomment

I stayed a week and the staff was amazing the entire time. The folks at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was hot (eggs, meat, potatoes), and an option to make a waffle. Plenty of other food was available (bagels, bread, cereal) as well as coffee and juice. Hot chocolate and tea were available in the evening. The room was clean and very warm.

Hotel staff very friendly, nice property and good room size. Sounds weird, but Pillows were very small. I called the front desk and they brought up regular sized pillows. The pool was VERY cold. The hot tub was warm, not hot. That was the only disappointing experience from our stay.

I was charged $50.00 for leaving early when I had given 1 day notice that I would be cutting my trip short from 4 nights to 2 nights. I can understand charging $19 per night extra for booking with no cancellation fee with one days' notice but charging for not staying the full booked period is unethical and not good business practice.

The management went out of their way to ensure use of the jacuzzi for us. Maintenence had shown up and it was to be closed but a rush was put on it and a late check out given so we could use all amenities listed.
