In a quiet and residential area, in an architect's property completed in 2018, with a completely independent access. Small private garden and private parking space. New and high-end equipment. The kitchen area: fridge, freezer, hood, oven and microwave combined, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and all the necessary crockery.
