Klima ve oda sorunu

Jakuzili odalarında kaldık fotoğraftaki iki kişilik jakuzili odayı tutmuştuk fakat bize tek jakuzili odayı verdiler… bunu söylediğimizde ise o oda dolu veremeyiz dediler. Biz mart ayında kaldık 12 lik klima koymuşlar oda kocaman klima küçücük asla ve asla yetmiyor ne ısıttı odayı ne de mayıs haziran aylarında soğutur odayı yani eğer yazın giderseniz odada sıcaktan kavrulursunuz çünkü koydukları klimanın kendine hayırı yok, kahvaltıdan da beklentiniz çok yüksek olmasın normal ideal bir kahvaltıydı. Otelin acilen klima sorununu çözmesi gerekli yoksq gelen herkes kışın ciddi üşür yazın ise odada durulmaz derecede sıcak olur….

Otele giriş yaptığımda odamda her şey normaldi; elektrik vardı ve ilk başta herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Ancak kısa bir süre sonra odamdaki elektrik tamamen kesildi. Bu durumu otel yönetimine ilettiğimde, çözüm olarak yalnızca elektrik idaresini aramakla yetindiler. Ne yazık ki, başka bir çözüm sunulmadı ve otelde jeneratör dahi yoktu. Durum böyle olunca, jakuzili oda için ekstra ödeme yapmış olmama rağmen, odada elektrik olmadığı için ne jakuziyi kullanabildim ne de odada rahat edebildim. Elektrik geldiğinde ise çoktan gece olmuştu. Daha da hayal kırıklığı yaratan bir durum ise, diğer odalarda elektrik varken benim odamdaki sorunun çözülmemesiydi. Bu, müşteri memnuniyetine verilen önemin ne kadar düşük olduğunu açıkça gösteriyor. Bir otelden beklenen en temel hizmetlerden biri olan elektrik bile sağlanamıyorsa, bu oteli başkalarına tavsiye etmem çok zor. Otel yönetiminin, bu tür sorunlarla karşılaşan misafirlerine daha etkili ve hızlı çözümler sunması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Çalışanlar ilgili,güler yüzlü, çözüm odaklı bundan yana herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Fakat standart odayı tercih etmiştim asla memnun kalmadım. Oda diğer odalardan ayrı bir giriş ile otelin arkasında kalıyor. Odanın orda ışıklandırma yok. Uyurken bile tedirgin olduğum için ışık açık uyudum. Odanın sürekli elektiriği kesildi. Çözüm odaklı yaklaşımla odamı değiştirdiler. Fakat kesinlikle standart odası tercih edilmemeli. Sanki çalışanların herhangi bir durum yaşandığında konaklaması için arkada yapılmış bir oda gibi. Kahvaltıları güzel ve yeterli.
