Otelde temizlik sadece talep edildiginde var Kahvaltı net olarak vasat daha iyi olabilir bu genel bir görüş tabiki.. Havuz temizligi ve devirdaim pek duzenli degildi Otopark sorunu yok Calisanlara gelince, bu konuda cok yorum yapilir daha... Bir Otelde konakladigini hissettiren bir personel asla yok. Bu konuda genel bir egitim almalari gerekiyor. Bir sey talep edildiginde anlamsiz ve sanki sitem eder gibi bakan herseyle ilgilenen gozuken ama tavır ve uslup olarak cok vahim bir kisiyle karsilasiyorsunuz. Hizmet verirken soylenen el kol hareketleri gibi tavirlar sergileleyen ve hic cekinmeyen bir kisi.. Cesareti takdire şayan.. Otel sahibi Recep bey cok kibar,guleryuzlu ve ilgili biri ancak bu sorunlar cozulurse daha başarılı bir otel olacaktır.(tavsiye) Personel sadece Fırat bey ilgili,alakali ve guleryuzlu.. La vue de l’hôtel est superbe et les extérieurs de l’hôtel sont très beau avec des bougainvilliers partout. Très agréable extérieur avec une très belle piscine. La chambre était aussi très bien. La seule chose négative était que le propriétaire semblait ne pas nous apprécier car il était très froid avec nous comparé aux autres clients. Nous n’avons pas compris pourquoi. Gut gefallen hat uns das Zimmer. Es war hübsch eingerichtet, hell, funktionell mit kostenlosen Tresor und guter Klimaanlage. Wir haben es gepflegt und sauber vorgefunden. Auch die Lage zum tollen Strand ist super, in einer Minute ist man direkt da. Leider ist unsere allgemeine Bewertung des Hotels jedoch eher UNGENÜGEND und NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN. Unser Zimmer wurde bei einem 12-tägigen Aufenthalt nur drei mal gereinigt und dies jedoch auch nur auf mehrmaliger Aufforderung. Unverschämt, da auch in der Hotelbeschreibung auch noch ausdrücklich steht, dass die TÄGLICHE Zimmerreinigung zu ihren Leistungen zählt. Des weiteren war das Frühstück überwiegend ungenießbar und unhygienisch. Kühlungen und Abdeckungen gab es nicht. ungewaschenes Obst, dreckige Wasserkanister, ungekühlte Säfte, beschmutzte Tische und Gläser gehören leider zum Standard dazu. Wenn etwas leer war, wurde nichts von Personal selbst ausgefüllt und man musste häufig mehrmals nachfragen. Allgemein war das Frühstuck sehr unappetitlich, sodass wir und auch viele Gäste sich nach ein paar Tagen eines Essen gekauft und mit in den Speisesaal genommen haben. Die Außenanlage allgemein wirkt leider ziemlich vernachlässigt und ungepflegt. Auch der Pool ist nicht wirklich sauber gewesen. In der zweiten Woche kippte der Pool so, dass sich das Wasser komplett grün färbte u. die Nutzung sich damit komplett erledigt hatte. Auf Nachfrage, sagte man uns, der "Poolboy" würde kommen u. sich kümmern, wir könnten aber ruhig rein gehen...
