In Costa Verde, more precisely in the municipality of Cervione (Prunete), the villa is 40 km from the port of Bastia, 25 km from the airport, less than 2 hours from the main points of attraction on the island , and enjoys a strategic position on the eastern coast of Corsica.

The condominium residence offers a large swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols (open from May to September) and 2 tennis courts. The house can accommodate up to 8 people, with a private, fully fenced garden and a shaded terrace with garden furniture.
The residence allows direct access to the beach.

Housing composition:
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor (1 bed 160 x 200). Bedroom 2 upstairs (1 bed 160 x 190). Mezzanine (1 sofa bed and 2 bunk beds). Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.

First Class experience

The property was perfect for us, it was clean and tidy and Celine and her family were very welcoming, we loved the personal touch of the welcome pack including local produce and useful information for our visit. If we return to Corsica we would stay here again. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

Vielen Dank an die netten Hausbesitzer ,wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen im Haus am Meer verbracht.Das Objekt ist schƶner noch, als auf den Fotos.Viele Dinge sind aktuell nochmals verschƶnert...so wie eine tolle Markise Ć¼ber der schƶn gestalteten Terasse!Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, jedes thematisch gestaltet.Die Lage ist ideal , nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer.Supermarkt und ein toller BƤcker fusslƤufig.Schƶner Weg ca.2min zum Hafen.Die Gastgeber sind ganz reizend und fĆ¼hrsorglich.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wĆ¼rden dieses Haus uneingeschrƤnkt empfehlen.Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Ein toller Urlaub in einem sehr schƶnen Ferienhaus

Als Familie sind wir diesen Sommer zu fĆ¼nft nach Korsika gefahren und haben uns diese Unterkunft ausgesucht. Im Vorfeld hat uns besonders die NƤhe zum Strand und die Lage auf Korsika begeistert. DarĆ¼ber hinaus hat uns nach der Buchung bereits im Vorfeld der Reise sehr gefreut, wie freundlich und aufmerksam die Gastgeberin war, um sicherzustellen, dass uns im Urlaub nichts fehlt. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet! In jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage und ein Fernseher (im Wohnzimmer auch mit Set-Top-Box, worĆ¼ber viele deutsche Sender empfangbar sind.). Die KĆ¼che ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet mit Backofen Mikrowelle KĆ¼hlschrank mit Gefrierfach, SpĆ¼lmaschine, einer Senseo Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, scharfen(!) KĆ¼chenmessern und so weiter. Das WLAN war ebenfalls sehr gut, und eine Waschmaschine ist auch da! Die Terrasse war auch sehr schƶn, mit Grill, genĆ¼gend Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen oder zum gemĆ¼tlichen Sitzen im GrĆ¼nen. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefĆ¼hlt und kƶnnen das Haus uneingeschrƤnkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin Mme Vareille!

Alles super!

Das Ferienhaus war sehr interessant und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert. Die KĆ¼che war komplett eingerichtet und alles in ausreichendem Umfang vorhanden. Absolut zum Weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub auf Corsika

Wir als Familie mit drei Kindern haben eine schƶne Zeit in dem schƶnen Haus gehabt! Um uns herum waren wenige HƤuser noch bewohnt ( Ende September )daher alles sehr ruhig und entspannt! Kurzer Weg zum Meer, BƤckerei und Lebensmittel GeschƤft um die Ecke! Haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt!

Great times at the "Maison de la mer"

We spent 4 weeks as a family of four with two small boys in the house in Prunete. The house is beautiful and really well equipped so you have all the convenience of your home. The garden is beautiful and the outdoor shower is great after the beach. Our boys loved how close it was to the beach and pool and there is additional entertainment from the nearby campsite. Celine and Matthieu (the hosts) are super friendly and responsive. I broke the stove by mistake and they came the following day to install a new one end ensure there wasn't any danger to anyone. While there is a little noise sometimes from the animation on the campsite it didn't bother us or the kids and it's max a couple of hours a day. We can only recommend the house and everyone who wants to get some time to relax with the family without the need for lots of driving.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und wirklich schƶn eingerichtet. Die KĆ¼che ist perfekt ausgestattet. Ɯberhaupt fehlt es an nichts in dem Haus. Es gibt bequeme Betten. Die Terrasse ist mit unterschiedlichen Sitzmƶglichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt nur ein paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die vielen Regeln am Pool, durch welche man sich mit Kindern nicht wirklich willkommen fĆ¼hlt. Hat aber nichts mit dem Haus oder der Vermieterin zu tun. Wir haben einfach den Strand genutzt.

Merveilleux

Wir waren zu fĆ¼nft 2 Wochen in Prunete. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschƶn eingerichtet und liegt ideal fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge in alle Richtungen. Die Kinder haben im Obergeschoss ein eigenes Reich mit separater chill-out-Area. Rund um Cervione gibt es viele Wandermƶglichkeiten fĆ¼r kurze oder lƤngere Touren. Der nah am Haus liegende Strand hat uns alle begeistert, hier kann man weit ins Meer gehen ohne dass es tief wird. Celine ist ein wunderbarer Host und wir waren sehr traurig diese Paradies wieder verlassen zu mĆ¼ssen.

Super geeignet fĆ¼r Urlaub mit der Familie

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, gut ausgestattet, nette Gastgeber. Tolle Lage ca. 5 min vom Strand. Direkt vor dem Haus ist das Restaurant Campo Mare mit sehr gutem Restaurant und nebenan befindet sich ein campingplatz mit groƟem Spielplatz direkt hinter dem Strand. Das einzige was etwas stƶrend war, war die laute animation vom benachbartem Campingplatz. Alles in allem aber perfekt fĆ¼r Familien - absolute empfehlung.

Zwei Wochen Erholung

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt, die NƤhe zum Strand ist unschlagbar, selten ein so sauberes Ferienhaus gesehen, auch die Textilien und Betten waren voll in Ordnung. Tolles Ferienhaus!

Wir haben Ende Mai mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern zwei Wochen in CĆ©lines Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat alles, was man fĆ¼r einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Schƶnes Ferienhaus, strandnah und komfortabel!

Wir haben eine Woche (Mitte Oktober) in dem sauberen, schƶn eingerichteten Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Zwei Badezimmer und eine Dusche drauƟen (fĆ¼r sandige FĆ¼ĆŸe vom Strand) sind vorhanden. Insgesamt haben wir rein gar nichts vermisst. Im Gegenteil: es standen sogar ein paar korsische SpezialitƤten als Willkommensgeschenk bereit! Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Jegliche Fragen wurden (sogar auf englisch) beantwortet. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand, der zu dieser Jahreszeit total leer ist. Das, und das noch schƶne Wetter (meistens ca 20 Grad) haben wir genossen! Ein BƤcker sowie ein Supermarkt sind ebenfalls fusslƤufig erreichbar (ca. 10 Min.) Die Gegend ist sehr schƶn. Man ist nicht nur schnell am Strand, sondern auch in den Bergen, wo man wunderbar wandern kann. Beispielsweise gibt es einen schƶnen Wasserfall zu entdecken. FĆ¼r Kinder ist auch die nahe gelegene Eselfarm (la ferme aux Anes) sehr schƶn, wo man auf den Tieren reiten kann. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort- wir mƶchten gerne wiederkommen!!

Sehr schƶnes Feriendomizil

Wir haben den Urlaub in Prunete in Celines Haus als Familie sehr genossen! Das Haus war ideal fĆ¼r uns und unsere kleine Enkeltochter mit 2 Jahren. FĆ¼r sie gab es sogar einen extra Spielbereich im Haus mit tollen Spielsachen... . Das Haus selber ist sehr schƶn und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns auch von der Seite sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt haben. Der Weg zum sehr schƶnen Strand betrug nur ca. 5 min, so dass wir fast jeden Tag dort das Meer geniessen konnten. In Ƥhnlicher Entfernung gab es einen schƶnen Pool, der sowohl zum Schwimmen fĆ¼r uns Erwachsene als auch fĆ¼r unsere Enkelin gut geeignet war. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt SEHR genossen. Vielleicht einzige kleine Anmerkung: Von ca. 20.00 bis 22.00 uhr spielt auf dem Campingplatz nebenan eine Band zur Unterhaltung fĆ¼r die Campingbewohner. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hƶrt man das nicht und unser Enkelkind konnte gut schlafen.

L'accueil reƧu Ć©tait trĆØs chaleureux, on s'est tout de suite senti les bienvenus ! La maison est parfaite, joliment amĆ©nagĆ©e, calme, le jardin est agrĆ©able. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© trĆØs bien accueilli avec un petit cadeau de bienvenu trĆØs sympathique. La maison est trĆØs agrĆ©able et trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©. AccĆØs plage, piscine et tennis tout de suite Ć  proximitĆ©. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Parfait pour des vacances reposantes en famille. Merci aux propriĆ©taires pour leur accueil.
