The Fullerton hotel is exceptional. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are immaculate and kept clean and well stocked with all you need. The level of service from everyone is at the highest level. The breakfast buffet has something for all tastes and everything was delicious. This was our second visit and we will return again.

The staff were fabulous. We were very early arriving and the room wasn’t ready. No problem, they gave up a pass so we could have a shower and freshen up before we headed out to explore! Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Convenient location, could occasionally be noisy from outdoor activity and we did not like the walled balcony situation on 5th floor room (We should have paid for the upgrade to a higher floor). Lovely service, liked the historical aspect of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was extensive. We enjoyed Dim Sum at Jade which was an excellent value IMO. This is a very traditional hotel and the furnishings, while nice, felt maybe just a little bit dated/tired. Overall a very nice experience and I’d certainly stay there again and would absolutely chose this area over the Orchard Road area. My spouse thought it was fantastic.

WOW - a perfect hotel with a perfect location . Walkable position for Singapore’s main tourist attractions. The staff can’t do enough for you. Stayed in a suite with club access which was worth the upgrade. The lounge was amazing . Would definitely return.
